World Wide Open Design Team Challenge
You MUST be a DT on any Design Team in the World to be eligible to enter this Challenge ~ New exception rule, this challenge is now open to any of Julia Spiri Facebook Members, and you are not required to be on a DT.
The challenge runs from April 15th through May 12th, Sydney Time Zone 7:00 a.m. or if you're in California, like me, The challenge starts on a Friday, April 14th, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight
This was such a sweet image and such fun to color. I hope you try it yourself as I can see so many different color combinations that would work so well. You just have to go with the flow. Sometimes finding the right matting is sometimes difficult, but I had just taken this paper out of some long-forgotten stash and it just called to me. Some enamel dots were I wanted to finish the card as I love to see the entire image.
