Pretty Simple Wavy Hillside in October

 The Creative  Crafters starts a monthly challenge every 15th of the month and I've made a stencil to make a beautiful flower as inspiration for this month. 

This challenge is always "Anything Goes".

I couldn't resist this house for an October card.  It's a simple card and I used some pieces of scrap paper to make it.  I didn't have enough of the "sky" paper to cover the entire bottom as I had cut pieces out of it .  I just layered the mountains over it.  You can see it's pretty simple, but somehow I really like it.

I am so  late in publishing this fun card.  This was supposed to be published on the 15th.  I do think it is a fun card and I loved making purple hills.

I rarely use the sketch option but I'm using that option this month.  I used the same top die as the card is made from, but cut it in red, then trimmed it to make the design similar to the sketch.  I thought the small boats fit perfectly to fit the design.  This was stretching for me.

Shaped Cards for Die Cut Divas

This Post is all about shaped cards, which includes box cards..

The theme for October is Shaped Cards! 
Have I got the die set for you.

I used the Pink & Main Berry Pop-Up Card Dies.  
The same die was used for both cards

This pop-up card is easy to make and as you can see, you can make this unique by changing some things around, using different papers for the box and changing the flower colors.

Another example of using this die set. I made this at a live event in 2025, but never shared.   

I used Pink and Main Berry Pop-Up Card Dies however the 2nd card was pre-cut for our class in 2025 and we used string instead of the panel used on the first card.
