First Christmas Card of the Year

I never would have thought of making my background with the rays of a sun, but the Christmas Kickstart Challenge made me think outside my little box.   had some time yesterday to cut out the dies I needed and do most of the card, but still had to choose sentiments today and final touches.
Sounds like a beauty contest?

I'm not sure if the stenciled backdrop makes this feel like Winter, but it certainly will brighten any one's Winter Blues!
