Card Chain Challenge Reveal for July 2022

It's happy Card Chain Challenge Reveal Day!  Here's the challenge rules and my card below.

Yes, I am still making easel cards - so easy when you can die cut them out without measuring or anything like that.  When I have a die set out, I tend to cut more than one set and sometimes I cut some really strange patterns out.  As I went through several die cuts of this wonderful birdhouse, I knew I had to make a fanciful card for my partner in the Card Chain Challenge using the theme option of a bird.  Where else would a bird dwell, but a bird house?

I hadn't used the bird , but I did purchase him (or her) to use with this birdhouse.  I didn't realize when I purchased it that the wings & chest were cut out, so I used a piece of solid orange paper in back of those openings - perfect.  I know this isn't winter, but I wanted a whimsical border on top.  The little heart was sitting on my table just waiting to be used.  And ta-da!

Supplies:
Momenta (bird dies)

As a huge lover of birds, I really like this, Arlene, and making it an easel design makes it even nicer! The birdhouse looks so inviting and how great that the bird can be any color with lots of options behind the cut-out wings! Thank you for inspiring everyone at NBUS! Hugs, Darnell
