The Theme is Birthday! 
What perfect timing as I always need birthday cards for my March Birthdays.

I think the blue framing and simple style makes this a good masculine card.   The balloons and little bow at the bottom of the strings are die-cut and I've stacked the balloons 3 layers deep with the bow two layers deep.  I had already embossed the blue layer and brings some more depth to the card.
