Card Chain Challenge reveal for August

Card Chain Challenge - Always a great way to keep in touch with each other.  The big reveal for all entries is at here on September 2nd.

We had color, sketch, theme and product/technique options to choose from.  I chose paper piecing, which I haven't done in quite some time.  On with the reveal!

I dressed up a Julie Nutting doll and added lots of glittery things to the whole card, including the outfit.  This is the first time I've used this doll that has a matching die.  I had lots of fun making this card from how to dress her to using a new stencil.

Close-up below

Julie Nutting Stamps and Die Cuts (I cannot locate this set online)
Brutus Monroe Slim Line Stencil - Knot
Starform Transparent Glitter Stickers - Gold (sku 7010)
Hero Arts sentiments from old clear stamp sets.
Peachy Keen Stamps (Fashionista Face Assortment)
Nubo Crystal Drops (Gloss - Simply White) & Copper Penny
Copic markers - Earth tones for hair
Several die-cuts for sentiments (I cut these a bunch & didn't label them)
Clothes are scrap papers
Vagabond die cut machine

Arlene, thank you so much for your sweet sympathy card to me, even though you're not the one that was assigned to send me a card!!! That is so caring of you!!! I have received numerous cards from the gals at the CC challenge, and it overwhelms me how much they care. What a lovely group of crafters.
I will never forget, and always appreciate the love that was given!!!

Thank you so much,
Elena Chamberlain
