Happy Birthday on A Personal Level

I needed a birthday card for my granddaughter's 18th birthday.  But I am dueling with Char this month in the birthday bash digital kit too.  It's fun when you get a toofer (two for one), isn't it?  One card for two things is great.  I love the way it turned out.  Who doesn't like some ice cream with their cupcake?  I ran the Birthday sentiment across the bottom of the cupcake panel and I really love that balloon heart.  I DID cut that string attached to the heart balloon by hand.
