A2Z Birthday Bash

I don't make many specific cards for birthdays, but this month I made two, so I'm all popped up to present my balloon card which is layered with balloons.  I used pop dots at the bottom of 8 of the balloons on this card and worked a Happy Birthday across the middle of the strings as a banner.
