Impression Obsession

I've not used Impression Obsession stamps before, just because I hadn't heard of them.  At an all-day card making even at my LSS, several stamps were introduced to me.  The first two cards were made at the shoppe and are square..

Alesa Baker Designs, Impression Obsession, Inc. - E8885 .  Wonderful vintage girl. Gorgeous cardstock and I wish I could remember the brand.  The clever strip of sentiment was actually part of the toss-away strip on the bottom of one of the lovely 12" X 12" papers we used that day.

Alesa Baker Designs, Impression Obsession, Inc. - H8844.  Envelope with butterfly.  If I didn't show you what this stamp looked like, you'd never know what some cuts here and there might produce.  The tags were stuck inside the envelope.  I did re-arrange the flap on the right of the card above after I took the photo, so the butterfly is visible as shown on my second card below.

Alesa Baker Designs, Impression Obsession, Inc. - H8844.- Cling Stamp, very versatile

I made this card at home and was so glad I had an example to see where the cutting was done.  The butterfly hangs on by only its left wing.  On this card, you can actually pull the tag out.  I used two Hero Arts clear stamp sets & die, plus a Spellbinder's flower die on the pink paper.

I picked the little girl as my stamp at the end of the day and purchased the envelope stamp.  I think they will see good use in the future.
