World Wide Open Challenge Begins - Please Join in the Fun

It's time to enter the World Wide Open Design Team challenge 

You MUST be a DT on any Design Team in the World to be eligible to enter this Challenge ~ New exception rule, this challenge is now open to any of Julia Spiri Facebook Members, and you are not required to be on a DT.

The challenge runs from July 15th through August 12th, Sydney Time Zone 7:00 a.m. or if you're in California, like me, that's on Thursday, July 14, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. 

I'm guest designer this month at the World Wide Open Design Team blog and was tickled to color this lovely masked lady.  She's a bit modern and a bit old-fashioned.  I think that's why I chose her.  She is lovely to color.
