February's Always A Time For Fantasy with Morgan's Artworld

 The theme is always "Anything Goes" at Morgan's ArtWorld.  

Challenge dates are February 1st to February 26th on Pacific Daylight Savings Time.

A brand new image for me!  I guess I'm into blues and had to color this gal in blues and lavenders, also coloring the light blue matting panel with a Copic marker.  I wasn't how well the scarf would go with this girl's outfit, so I used a light touch to get a feel for the color.  I didn't want it to stand out, but also didn't want it to blend in too much either.  There is that fine line where you can achieve a balance.  I think I hit it here.
